I recently did my level 1 freediving course in Amed with Sam and it was amazing. Sam is a first-class instructor and a very fun guy. The course was a great challenge, and I now feel very comfortable diving to depths of 15-20m. It was so cool to see myself progress each day and the breathing exercises were super interesting. The class went really well. I completed level 1 without any troubles. The teachers were very informative, professional, and most importantly patient.
