You'll explore and learn at Drostdy Museum and Magpie Gallery. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Platform 62 and Hardys Memories of Africa African Art and Curios. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Swellendam: Inkaroo Jewellery (in Barrydale) and Montagu (Hicks Art Galllery, Montagu Dried Fruit & Nuts, & more). Renowned as a premier whale-watching destination, Hermanus grew from a quaint fishing village nestled on Walker Bay.
You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Cape Agulhas - Southernmost Tip of Africa and Voelklip Beach. Head to Funky Vibes and Hemingways of Hermanusfor some retail therapy. When in Hermanus, make a side trip to see Cape Agulhas Lighthouse in Cape Agulhas, approximately 1h 40 min away.
