We ended up in this park when the Fobidden City was sold out. Even though it was not our original destination, it surpassed expectations! The tea room on the East side is a great cultural gem.

This was a really cool park. I remember the ticket teller being very rude (threw our tickets at us for some reason) but otherwise we had a good experience here!
