Enjoy a world of Disney characters and Disney-inspired rides and attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland, an Asian branch of the popular American brand. Opened in 2005, the park caters to tourists, with the Disney cast speaking English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Explore seven themed sections, from a world of fantasy to Main Street, USA. Along the way you'll encounter attractions like Tarzan's treehouse, a Cinderella carousel, and Sleeping Beauty's castle--plus live Disney characters and plenty of dining options. Although an American company, this location has a uniquely Chinese flair, with important components of Chinese culture, such as feng shui, incorporated into its design. It was a family vacation for us. We enjoyed every ride. The kids had atmost fun. This was way before the hurricane hit this city. This was a memorable trip for us!! We walked the whole park extensively. Those were the good old days!!

The place is great if you can enjoy any of the rides. However, even during Covid they overfill the place to the point that dinner was sitting on the ground eating overpriced corn dogs. We tried to eat in a restaurant but 2 of them were closed and one that had empty tables said we had to get a ticket in the morning to eat at 3pm. Then, staff started blowing bubbles directly at us to get us to move when we did eat on the ground. Some great photo opportunities but overall the experience isn't usually worth the price.
