The expansive religious complex of Harmandir Sahib represents the holiest pilgrimage site in Sikhism. Built between 1585 and 1604, the complex suffered heavy damage during an Indian Army operation to root out Sikh extremists in 1984. I loved visiting this temple. I think it is more interesting and beautiful than the Taj Mahal. It is living place...welcoming, inclusive, charitable, clean. It is very vibrant. The temple is open...

Love the place, very peaceful and positive vibes. Beautiful Temple and surrounding. Staff is so helpful and polite. Experience the positive energy here. Nice & beautiful surrounding There is a free kitchen as well which serves lunch and dinner. A very holy place must visit. The temple is really spectacular at night since it is lit, a must see at night. Also it is one of the most sacred pilgrim spots for Sikhs and they offered a good and tasty meal. Hope I'll visit once again with my family too.🏛️
