First time visiting this place. Decor and ambience is good. Wanted to do a neck and shoulder massage only so picked the 1 hour package. Got a male therapist. First he said that one hour cannot be only for the back and shoulder, must include the lower body and legs or his fingers will be very sore. Even though it was a departure from what was stated in the menu, I empathize with him and agree. It was an overall good massage and effort on his part so I decided to give him a little tip about 15% of what I spent at the centre but he went on to complain how little it was in sing dollars. Despite that slight episode, it was overall a good massage and the therapist was well trained by the management in the techniques. So still 5 stars for this establishment as I believe the rest of the staff are not the same. For instance, the two staff at the reception were very friendly and patient.

Very hygienic, friendly staff, very relaxing place and staff professional.. Very recommended 👍👍👍
