The original temple dated from the 5th century, but was later destroyed; the current structure dates back to the 11th, 12th, and 13th centuries. Good time to visit is in raining season between June to October because it's nice and green moreover not so hot. It's about 40 minutes ride from Pakse and very easy ride. Be prepared for some hiking up and down, gonna be rather exhausted. Entrance fee 20,000 kip for lao 50,000 kip for foreigner
