Cool hike up the mountain. Be sure to start early though. Best to stay out of the sun and heat. Fairly strenuous, definitely not if you're unfit. Take care to bring water. Depending on fitness, plan for at least a 90 min hike. Oh yes, the coffee cart at the start of the trail serves fantastic coffees and snacks too!

A challenging and enjoyable hike. We hiked up and took the cable car down. Going up was a workout but going down would have been tough on the knees. We took an Uber there, right to the starting point. Had we driven ourselves, we would have had to park very far away and walk. It was a beautiful, clear day and New Year's Eve Day so there were a lot of people. Great views at the top.
