Ishigaki — 1 night

Ishigaki, the most populous island in the chain, features the country's southernmost city and acts as a transport hub for exploring the landmasses that surround.
On the 2nd (Fri), stop by Yurateiku Market, then contemplate the waterfront views at Kabira Bay, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Yonehara Beach. On your second day here, visit Ishigaki Port Ritoh Terminal, then head outdoors with Kaiji Beach, then head outdoors with Kondoi Beach, and finally don't miss a visit to Euglena Mall.

Singapore, Singapore to Ishigaki is an approximately 10.5-hour flight. You'll lose 1 hour traveling from Singapore to Ishigaki due to the time zone difference. Plan for little chillier temperatures traveling from Singapore in November, with highs in Ishigaki at 31°C and lows at 25°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 3rd (Sat) early enough to catch the flight to Miyakojima.

Miyakojima — 3 nights

A city jurisdiction formed after the merger of several towns in 2005, Miyakojima spans six linked-up islands.
Escape the urban bustle at Yonaha Maehama Beach and Hora Gyoko no Hama Beach. We've included these beaches for you: Aragusuku Beach and Toguchi no Hama. The adventure continues: get outside with Sunayama Beach, enjoy the sand and surf at Tomori Imugya Beach, take in the views from Irabu Ohashi, and don't miss a visit to Ikema Ohashi Bridge.

Traveling by flight from Ishigaki to Miyakojima takes 2.5 hours. In November, plan for daily highs up to 30°C, and evening lows to 24°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 6th (Tue) so you can travel to Tomigusuku.

On the 7th (Wed), buy something for everyone on your list at AEONMALL OKINAWA RYCOM and then explore the historical opulence of Shurijo Castle. Here are some ideas for day two: tour the pleasant surroundings at Cape Manzamo, then stop by Yachimun no Sato, then shop like a local with Shijo Hondori, and finally browse the different shops at Ashibina Outlet Mall.

You can do a combination of flight and train from Miyakojima to Tomigusuku in 3 hours. November in Tomigusuku sees daily highs of 29°C and lows of 24°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 8th (Thu) to allow time to drive to Motobu-cho.

Motobu-cho — 2 nights

Formed by the gradual merging of several old fishing villages, today the island town of Motobu-cho boasts paradisal beaches of white sand, clear waters, and a rich array of wildlife.
On the 9th (Fri), head outdoors with Okuma Beach, enjoy the sand and surf at Emerald Beach, and then enjoy the sand and surf at Kame no Hama Beach.

You can drive from Tomigusuku to Motobu-cho in 1.5 hours. Other options are to do a combination of train and bus; or take a bus. Traveling from Tomigusuku in November, expect a bit cooler with lows of 20°C in Motobu-cho. On the 10th (Sat), wrap the sightseeing up by early afternoon so you can travel back home.

Okinawa Prefecture is the southernmost prefecture of Japan. It comprises hundreds of the Ryukyu Islands in a chain over long. The Ryukyus extend southwest from Kyushu (the southwesternmost of Japan's four main islands) to Taiwan. The Okinawa Prefecture encompasses the southern two thirds of that chain. Naha, Okinawa's capital, is located in the southern part of Okinawa Island.Although Okinawa comprises just 0.6 percent of Japan's total land mass, about 75 percent of all U.S. military installations stationed in Japan are assigned in Okinawa. Currently about 26,000 of the U.S. troops deployed in Japan are based in the prefecture.
