Jakarta to Seminyak is an approximately 3.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car and ferry; or take a bus. You'll lose 1 hour traveling from Jakarta to Seminyak due to the time zone difference. Traveling from Jakarta in September, you will find days in Seminyak are slightly colder (35°C), and nights are about the same (27°C). Finish your sightseeing early on the 27th (Fri) so you can drive to Ubud.

Traveling by car from Seminyak to Ubud takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus. In September, plan for daily highs up to 35°C, and evening lows to 27°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 29th (Sun) to allow enough time to fly back home.
